Refund Policy

This policy covers every order placed through Daybreak Vale. Our catalogue is made up entirely of digital titles that become available the moment payment clears, so the rules below are written around that: what we will refund, what we will not, and how to ask.

1. Who you are buying from

Daybreak Vale is operated by RMS GLOBAL COMMERCE LLC, 2335 E Atlantic Blvd, Ste 200, Pompano Beach, FL 33062, United States. Written questions reach us at contact@daybreakvale.com or (800) 244-6227.

2. What we sell

Every title on this site is a PDF published by Wrenfield Press. Nothing is printed, packed or posted. Your file is reached in two ways:

  • a download link on the confirmation page shown straight after payment; and
  • a copy of that link emailed to the address you typed at checkout.

3. Access starts immediately

When you complete an order you are asking us to release the file at once, and you agree that release counts as the order being performed. Once a title has been opened or downloaded, any cooling-off right that would otherwise apply to it has been used. This paragraph does not touch the rights you keep by law over a file that is faulty, unreadable, or not the title described on the page.

4. The seven-day window

We read every refund request that arrives within 7 calendar days of the order date. Past that point the standard policy closes and we can only act where the law requires it.

5. When we say yes

Inside those seven days, a request is normally approved when:

  • the same title was bought twice by accident and only one copy has been used;
  • the link never worked and we could not get you access in reasonable time;
  • the file itself is damaged or will not open, and we cannot repair or resend it;
  • what arrived is materially not what the product page described; or
  • consumer law where you live requires a refund, reduction, repair or replacement.

6. When we say no

Unless the law says otherwise, we do not refund when:

  • more than seven calendar days have passed since the order;
  • the title was downloaded and read, and nothing about it is faulty;
  • you changed your mind;
  • the product page answered the question and was not read before buying;
  • the writing did not match a personal expectation the page never set;
  • the wrong email address was typed at checkout and never corrected with us; or
  • your device, browser or storage cannot handle an ordinary PDF.

7. Faulty files

Nothing here limits your statutory rights over digital content that is faulty, of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for its purpose, or not as described. Where that happens we may resend the file, help you open it, correct the content, replace it, or refund it in full or in part, depending on what puts the problem right.

8. How to ask

Write to contact@daybreakvale.com within seven calendar days of the order and tell us your name, the email used at checkout, the order number, the title, and what went wrong. A screenshot of the error helps more than a description of it.

9. How we decide

Requests are read one at a time, by a person. We may ask whether the link was opened, whether the file was downloaded, and whether the address on the order was correct, before deciding.

10. Getting the money back

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Most banks post the credit within 5 to 10 business days of us issuing it; the exact timing belongs to your bank, not to us. Access to the refunded title ends once the refund is issued.

11. Chargebacks

If something looks wrong with an order, please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. A dispute takes weeks and we can usually settle the same thing in a day.
