Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of daybreakvale.com and everything you buy through it. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Daybreak Vale is a trading name of RMS GLOBAL COMMERCE LLC, 2335 E Atlantic Blvd, Ste 200, Pompano Beach, FL 33062, United States. Reach us at contact@daybreakvale.com or (800) 244-6227.
2. What we sell
Digital titles, and nothing else. Every product is a PDF published under our Wrenfield Press imprint. No physical goods are held, packed or shipped.
3. Who may buy
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the details you give at checkout must be your own and accurate. We may refuse or cancel an order where the payment cannot be verified, where fraud screening flags it, or where the law prevents the sale.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in United States dollars and may change without notice; the price that binds is the one displayed when your order is placed. Payment is taken by Shopify's checkout. We do not see, handle or store your card details. Any tax that applies where you live is shown before you confirm.
5. Delivery and access
Delivery is covered by our Delivery Policy. In short: the download link appears on the confirmation page and a copy is emailed to the address you typed at checkout.
6. Your licence to use what you buy
Buying a title gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it and keep a copy for your own use. You may print a copy for yourself. You may not resell it, share it publicly, upload it, distribute it, or use any part of it in your own commercial work without our written permission.
7. Our content
The writing, artwork, branding, layouts and files on this site belong to us or are licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and related law. Nothing here transfers ownership of any of it to you.
8. What our titles are not
Everything we publish is general educational writing. It is not medical, dermatological or professional advice, it is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and it does not replace a qualified professional who can assess your case. We do not promise any specific result. See our Legal Notice for the full wording.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because the products are downloads, all sales are final once a file has been accessed, except where the file is faulty or the law requires otherwise.
10. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with how the site runs, scrape it unlawfully, or use it in breach of the law. We may suspend access or cancel orders where we believe that is happening.
11. Availability
We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, withdraw or update products, prices and content at any time.
12. Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and where the law permits a cap, our total liability for any product will not exceed what you paid for it.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one published when the order was placed.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
